Terms of service

All items are shipped via USPS in weather-proof mailers. This system generally takes 2-3 days for domestic purchases, but up to a few weeks on international purchases. A tracking number will be e-mailed to the address provided at the time of checkout from Stamps.com at the time of shipment. We will ship promptly and USPS is reliable, but Shipping time can not be guaranteed, however.

I request 2-3 weeks to make and ship your custom item, but try to be as prompt as possible. As each order is custom made at the time of purchase there may be some variations from the picture.

A shipping service is used which automatically imports addresses from sold orders, so items can only be sent to the address given at time of checkout. I am happy to send items directly to a gift recipient with a gift card, but PLEASE ADD THE RECIPIENTS ADDRESS AT TIME OF CHECKOUT.

Product and shipping price does NOT include any customs taxes to other countries. Please check the customs policies on receiving your order before purchasing.
