History: Susannah's husband Ben grew up in nearby Petoskey and while visiting the island a few years ago, she met the hotel's owner Misty. They hit it off and when Misty found out about how soft and durable our pillowcases are, she asked Susannah to design a few custom pillowcases with the Bicycle Street Inn logo. Then when the housekeeping staff said they loved how durable and easy to clean they are Misty placed her first order and has been ordering every year since.
